Square Shape House

A contemporary single-storey residence designed around the balance between clean geometry, functionality and a strong connection with the outdoor spaces.

The layout is organised around a generous open-plan living area, conceived as the heart of the house and directly connected to a covered outdoor veranda. The private area accommodates three bedrooms, including a master suite with dedicated wardrobe and bathroom spaces, creating a clear distinction between shared and more intimate areas of the home.

The architecture is defined by simple horizontal volumes, deep overhangs and carefully framed openings. Natural textures and warm materials soften the minimalist composition: stone surfaces, light plaster, timber elements and dark architectural details create a restrained yet welcoming material palette.

Particular attention is given to the entrance, where timber cladding, lighting and projecting canopies create a recognisable architectural feature and establish the character of the house from the first approach.

The result is a home with a Mediterranean contemporary identity — minimal, functional and closely connected to the landscape, where architecture, interiors and outdoor living are conceived as part of a single composition.
