A contemporary residence shaped by timber, light and generous outdoor spaces.

Villa G is a contemporary two-storey residence conceived through the interplay of pure volumes, material contrasts and a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The architecture is defined by a clear and essential composition. On the main façade, a large timber-clad upper volume appears to float above the recessed ground floor, creating a sheltered entrance and giving the house a strong, recognisable identity. Toward the garden, the composition becomes more open: large glazed surfaces, terraces and outdoor living areas establish a direct connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.

Inside, generous living spaces form the heart of the house. The ground floor features a 64 m² living area, complemented by two bedrooms and service spaces, while the upper level develops around an even larger 71 m² living space, two bedrooms, bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe.

A vertical architectural element visually connects the two levels and contrasts with the predominantly horizontal composition of the villa. The restrained palette of white surfaces, timber and darker cladding reinforces the contemporary language of the project.

The result is a residence based on simplicity, proportion and materiality, where architecture frames everyday life and gradually opens itself from the more private street façade toward the garden and outdoor spaces.
